Chuchinka Property, British Columbia

The Company has acquired 2,268 ha. (5 claims- Chuchinka Property) contiguous to and adjoining Spectrum Mining Corp’s recently reported Rare Earth discovery, located 80 km northeast of Prince George, B.C.

Tacheeda Lake & Carbo Properties, British Columbia

The Company has acquired two claim blocks- 7,585 ha ( 20 claims- Tacheeda & Rocky Properties) surrounding a second group of claims owned by Spectrum Mining Corp. The Company also acquired one claim block- 1,348 ha ( 3 claims – Carbo Property) due northwest on trend with its Chuchinka property.

Crackingstone and Orbit Properties, Saskatchewan

The Company together with Belmont Resources Inc. signed an agreement in April 2006 to acquire 100% interest in one claim block in northern Saskatchewan near Uranium City. This claim comprises approx. 750 hectares in the Northern Mining District, Crackingstone River area, adjacent to JNR Resources Inc. (“JNN”) Crackingstone Project. The Company acquired a second contiguous claim block 232 ha, and then proceeded to stake 11,109 ha, the Orbit adjoining claims.

Serpent River Property, Ontario

The Company owns 100% interest in ten mining claims (115 units-approx. 1,840 hectares) in the Sault Ste. Marie Mining Division, Elliot Lake area in Northern Ontario more commonly known as the Serpent River property.

Labrador Property

The Company together with Belmont Resources Inc. have signed an agreement to acquire 100% interest in four claim blocks (126 units approx. 4000 ha) in the Central Mineral Belt Uranium District, Labrador.

Cup Lake, British Columbia

The Company acquired nine additional claims with total claim area now totalling 1026 hectares located in the Greenwood Mining Division in south-central British Columbia.

Malachite Property, New Brunswick

The property contains two contiguous mining blocks containing a total of 53 claim units covering approx. 938 hectares and contains two known mineralized zones. Because of elevated assay results for copper and cobalt and the localized nature of previous work, a comprehensive property wide exploration program has been initiated.

Nunavik (Ungava) Property, Quebec

The Company holds a 1% NSR on an 81 map-designated unit mineral block in an advanced nickel exploration area in Ungava, Raglan Area of Northern Quebec.
