The Company together with Belmont Resources Inc. have signed an agreement
to acquire 100% interest in four claim blocks (126 units approx. 4000
ha) in the CENTRAL MINERAL BELT URANIUM DISTRICT, LABRADOR. >>more
The Company together with Belmont Resources Inc. signed an agreement
in April 2006 to acquire 100% interest in one claim block in northern
Saskatchewan near Uranium City.
This claim comprises approx. 750 hectares in the Northern Mining District,
Crackingstone River area, adjacent to JNR Resources Inc. (“JNN”)

The property contains two contiguous mining blocks containing a total
of 53 claim units covering approx. 938 hectares and contains two known
mineralized zones. Because of elevated assay results for copper and cobalt
and the localized nature of previous work, a comprehensive property wide
exploration program has been initiated.

The Red Lake camp is world renowned for its high-grade gold deposits
that have produced approximately 20 million ounces since 1930. Most recently,
attention has been focused on Gold Corp’s phenomenally successful
Red Lake Mine, where a new high-grade deposit had been recently discovered,
48 years after the mine first entered production. The Red Lake Mine is
regarded as the richest gold mine in the world with a reserve grade of
2.1 ounces per ton.
Montoro Resources Inc. (TSX-V: IMT) and Belmont
Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BEA) have recently signed agreements to acquire
100% interest in two claim blocks (each 16 units) in the Red Lake Mining
