International Montoro Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (“IMT”- TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that due to further investor interest it is increasing the non-brokered private placement financing from $150,000 announced on February 24, 2010 to $270,000. The total units being sold are as follows:
4,500,000 units at $0.06 per unit (previously 2,500,000 units). Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. One warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of one year at a price of $0.12 per share. Thereafter in the second year, two warrants will be required by the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.15 per share.
The Company will pay a finder’s fee or commission of 8% in accordance
with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The private placement is subject
to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
