RESULTS – NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED
International Montoro Resources Inc. (“IMT”) held its
Annual General Meeting on February 20, 2007. At the meeting the
shareholders re-elected Gary Musil, Bruce E. Bried and Roger Agaygos
and newly elected Brent Griffin to the Board for the upcoming year.
The directors appointed Gary Musil as President/Chief Financial
Officer and Roger Agaygos as Corporate Secretary.
Mr. Brent Griffin is a graduate of U.B.C. with a BSc. in Geology.
He has worked with Noranda Exploration, The Geological Survey of
Canada and Similkameen Mining in various exploration related positions.
He is presently a director of International T.M.E. Resources Inc.
and former director of M.L. Cass Petroleum Corp. Mr. Griffin will
add valuable experience in furthering the development of our Company
and we welcome him to the Board.
All other resolutions submitted by Management to the shareholders
for consideration were approved as presented, including the approval
of the acquisition of 100% interest in the Cup Lake/Donen uranium
deposit located in the Greenwood Mining Division in south-central
British Columbia.
