CONSOLIDATION AND NAME CHANGE TO TAKE EFFECT
Vancouver, B.C. – October 11, 2005 - Montoro Resources Inc.
(TSXVE: MNQ) (the “Company”) has been advised by the
TSX Venture Exchange that the previously announced 1 for 5 consolidation
of its share capital and a change of the Company’s name to
International Montoro Resources Inc. will become effective on Wednesday,
October 12, 2005. The new trading symbol of the Company will be
TSXVE “IMT”. Shareholders of the Company approved the
share consolidation and name change at the Company’s Annual
and Special General Meeting held on February 28, 2005. Upon completion
of the consolidation the Company will have 4,337,525 shares issued
and outstanding.
