SHARES FOR DEBT COMPLETED
On September 28/04 Montoro reported having agreed to settlement
of debts totaling $168,400. On October 26/04 the TSX Venture Exchange
accepted for filing the debt proposals. Montoro has now completed
this transaction with three creditors and issued 1,684,000 treasury
common shares and 784,000 warrants to extinguish these debts. The
shares and warrants are subject to a four-month hold period expiring
February 27, 2005.
