Montoro Resources Inc. (“MNQ”) has entered into negotiations
for the acquisition of the Bonanza/Valor group of claims in the
Kitsault Area of Northern B.C. This area will be examined and considered
for Eskay Creek type deposits, precious metal-rich Volcanogenic
Massive Sulphide deposits, Kuroko-type Volcanogenic massive sulphide
deposits and Epithermal precious metal deposits.
Further details of a letter of intent and terms of acquisition
will be announced as soon as negotiations are completed.
