Montoro acquires 30% interest in Gamache property
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a mining option
agreement dated March 7, 2003, between the company and Canadian
Royalties Inc. whereby the company has acquired a 30-per-cent interest
in the Gamache property located in the Raglan-Ungava area of Northern
Quebec. Consideration is staged payments of up to $140,000 by April
30, 2004.
