Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated Jan.
16, 2001, and Oct. 17, 2002, effective on Jan. 28, 2003, the TSX
Venture Exchange advises that the company has completed its reorganization
and is no longer deemed inactive as per TSX Venture Exchange Policy
2.6.
The company is classified as a mining (non-oil-and-gas) exploration/development
company.
Effective at the opening, Jan. 28, 2003, trading will be reinstated
in the securities of the company.
