PRIVATE PLACEMENT ARRANGED
Montoro Resources Inc. (“MNQ.TSX”) is pleased to announce
they have arranged non-brokered private placements of 400,000 units
at a price of $0.10 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share
plus on share purchase warrant to purchase an additional share at
$0.10 within one year of $0.15 in the second year.
The $40,000 in financing will be used for working capital purposes
and the private placement is subject to regulatory approval. This
financing is part of the remaining transaction pursuant to the Company’s
reactivation requirements and upon its completion the Company will
apply for its full listing and active trading status.
No finders fee is payable.
